The prices include the weekly rent of the flat as describedin the link information for 6 bed places.

The minimum stay during the high season is 7 days.

The fruition week beginon Saturdayfrom 4 Pm to 6 Pm , and endsthe followingSaturday within 10 am. During the low season,the stay can be shorter, but notless thau3 nights.

Any delay regarding the beginning okending of the flat fruition must be agreed upon and accepted by the owner.

Exceptionally, any arrivals and/or departures different from Saturdaymust be agreed upon with the owner.

 

 

Small size pets can be kept in the flat. A spacious penis available for medium size dogs in the back of the house with a masonry dog’s bed.

 

 

 

 

Advance payment, deposit and usageconditions

 

 

  • A 30% advance payment of the entire amount must be payed within 10 days from the confirmation of the reservation by a postalorder or bank cheque, using the information we will give you with e-mail after your confirmation of the reservation.
  • The full payment must be payed4weeks before the beginning of the stay. For reservations which are confirmed less than 40 day before the beginning of the stay, the entire amount of the rentprice mustbe payed within 10 days from confirmation.
  • The flat must be given back in the sameconditionas it was given. Any damagecaused to the flat will be charged anditsamount will be payed by the client.

Promotions and discounts

 

The below promotions and discountsare meant only and exclusively for weekly rent, and arenotapplicableduring the months ofJuly and August.

 

  • A 20% weekly discount for couples or two people is applied tothe prices above described.
  • A 10% discount is applied for rents from the fhird week on

 

Booking cancellation

If the reservation is cancelled, up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the guest must pay, within5 days,50%of the stay cost. From30 to 7 daysbefore the beginning of the stay, the guest must pay, within 5 days, 70% of the amount ofthe rent price.From the 7 thday to the last but one he mustpay theentire amount within 10 days. Ifthere shouldbe seriousreasons, such as sickness or an accident, theguest must paywithin5 days, upon production of a doctor’scertificate acceptedbythe lessor, 50% of the amount of the rent price. The courtofSciaccawill solelybecompetent for anydispute between the parties.
